At MITA ABA, we are always looking for compassionate, reliable, and growth-oriented people who want to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental differences.
We are a non-profit, bilingual ABA agency. Many of our families are Russian-speaking or new to the U.S., and they need providers who not only understand ABA, but also understand culture, emotions, and everyday challenges.
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Work 1:1 with children in home, school, daycare, or community settings
- Implement individualized ABA programs created by a BCBA
- Collect data, follow behavior plans, and communicate session updates
- Training and supervision are provided; we can support you in becoming an RBT if you are new to the field
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision and training for RBTs
Lead parent training and collaborate with schools and other providers
Help shape clinical culture and contribute to program development
